Refund Policy


Like all products, people have different experiences and results. Given the extensive amount of research, development and consulting with scientists and dieticians we are immensely confident in our products and for that reason we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. This offer is only eligible for first time customers. 
  • If after consistent consumption over a 30-day period you do not feel any healthier - we'll return your money.
  • A full reimbursement (excluding shipping) will be processed should the customer not be satisfied with the product. Please email hi@livewelly.co with your name, address, order number and receipt.
  • Remaining product must be returned to Welly.
  • Return shipping costs will be incurred at the buyers expense. Welly will not refund shipping costs. 
  • No more than 1 order per person may be returned. 
  • The customer must agree that they are not providing misleading or false information.
  • This offer is aligned with Welly only and has no association with Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at hi@livewelly.co. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, due to health regulations, we cannot accept the return of any of our products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you.
Subject always to the operation of the Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
