The sugar in our smoothies is 100% naturally occurring fructose from fruit + vegetables. Fructose, unlike sucrose and glucose, changes blood sugar levels much more gradually than glucose and doesn’t impact insulin levels. Absolutely, no added sugar or sweeteners are used in our smoothies. Not now. Not ever.

This is the easiest go to to get that 5 a day in with absolutely no fuss because it is DELICIOUS!!! My girls all loved this flavour and it smells like heaven when you make it. They can finish it quicker then you can say “eat all your veggies “ This is worth a try for any fussy eaters or just to pack in extra nutrients

Both of my sons aged 7 & 8 enjoyed this flavour the most. The tropical vibe of this combo was sweet enough for both kids to drink it down with their breakfast before school. Such a relief as a mum knowing they are walking out to start a new day on a good dose of veggies whilst they are none the wiser for the health benefits their breakfast drink has just given them!
