1/3 a sweet beetroot, 1 green apple wedge, 3 ripe raspberries, 4 bursting blueberries and 4 cubes of pumpkin.
Happy Apple
2 green apple wedges, a small handul of spinach, 1 wedge of juicy pear, 4 cubes of pumpkin, 15 green peas and a spoonful of tart passionfruit.
Mango Passion

I tried twice to give these to my son. First time with water, second with milk. Both times he took a sip or two and that’s it. I feel the texture is not smooth enough and like me, he doesn’t enough getting a mouthful of seeds and fibres when trying to have a drink. Love the concept and packaging though and my boy loves the stickers.

This is the easiest go to to get that 5 a day in with absolutely no fuss because it is DELICIOUS!!! My girls all loved this flavour and it smells like heaven when you make it. They can finish it quicker then you can say “eat all your veggies “ This is worth a try for any fussy eaters or just to pack in extra nutrients
